But... there is no new PM.. I don't get it. Is there a hidden PM somewhere?

I'm not sure what it would be... A couple possibilities: maybe it's somewhere down in your PM list where you didn't see it? More likely, it could be a cookie issue (try logging out, and in again), or a cached page issue (try clearing browser cache)
