Does anyone know of a killer boutique bass shop in LA area?

Bass Strings Online in the valley just added some awesome basses. Down in San Diego, Bass San Diego.

Not just a 'bass' store, but an overall great place, Truetone Music in Santa Monica.

The Mesa Boogie shop at Sunset and Gardner carries a wide selection of Nash and other stuff you don't see every day.

Take a drive down south and check out Bass San Diego. They usually have about 75 high quality bass guitars in the store, plus bergantino etc. One of the best all bass stores anywhere.

I have not visited the new shop since Jason opened it (i live in NoCal) but it is on the agenda for my next visit to the southland @SLaPiNFuNK .
Jason is the coolest! very engaged genuine dude.

Right down the street from me - great store.

It's odd how few good bass stores there are in LA. Bass Ex is small and is part of "The amp store" - so it seems to be more about guitars than basses... but I haven' t been there in a long time.

Take the trip to Bass San Diego.
