Hipshot D bridge height?

Can anyone tell me what the height adjustment is on this bridge?
i.e. height from bottom of bridge to lowest point and the same to highest point? I'm figuring height of fingerboard above the body for a build.

This info is nowhere to be found on the web site and an email to Hipshot yielded no response.
