Hipshot Supertone bridge on a New Coronado II

I have the new Coronado II from Fender. I really like many things about this bass. One thing I don't is the bridge. It's a bit of a struggle to say the least to adjust. Lets just say it's not the most user friendly setup. Is there a chance that the 2 point Hipshot Supertone would fit this bass without major alterations? Trying to find an alternative.

Thanks in advance for any and all input.
Kyle

Personally, I'd be concerned about the structure under the existing bridge and it's ability to handle the string tension imposed by that style bridge. If the construction is similar to the starcaster, which has a screwed on bridge, then it may work. Don't know enough to venture any guesses.
