Hipshot Tuning Keys Query

I'm in the process of modding a Standard FSR Ash P-bass and am wondering if the Hipshot HB2 tuners will replace the "standard" tuners without drilling new holes. In the past, I used the vintage-style Gotoh models but did have to redrill.
Lastly, just for fun, any opinions as to how a black BAII and tuners would look on a natural.tort P? Or would gold be better? Thanks!
