My band Who's That onstage last night. My tatty Hiwatt rig. Always fun to bring out the big rig, gave F.O.H. a rest.

It's a great sounding cabinet , I often use it on its own it has a open baffle on the back. it's a big full sounding cabinet, you won't get the punch of tens or the snap of a tweeter with it but it does just fine on it's own. The more you push it the better it sounds.Wow!! How does the 215 sound on its own? Is it too dark to be used without another brighter cab? I ask because I want one really bad, and was thinking of buying a Hi-tone 215 remake/reissue but it comes loaded with LF style drivers and I'm a little iffy about that.
