holy wrhb in a p bass!

I picked up a cheap mim p bass body. Which im converting to a 3 bolt to attach my old mia jazz neck and the wrhb in the tele bass body. Any suggestions for design or the 3 bolt conversion?

It would be alot easier to but two extra screw holes in the neck, than it would be to try and fill the body holes.
