So I was bored this morning and I made this pedal board out of some pine strapping I had sitting around little rough and needs some Velcro and rubber feet but turned out all right I think first time trying to make one super light might cut a bit off tho it’s 28inx 18in might chop it down to 15in what you guys think and have you attempted to make your own any tips or suggestion ?
If your making your own board, make exact size for you. Lay out the pedal configuration you are likely to use most and exact size it. If your pedal board size is a moving target, adjust accordingly. Looks good!
I just made a PB for myself yesterday out of some scrap plywood. I hit on the idea of attaching a small multi outlet trip to the back side so not only could I plug in my daisy-chain power supply, but would have a few more outlets for any other misc. power needs without having to hunt down another outlet The holes I drilled out with a 3/8" bit with a slight gap between them then used a jig saw to cut the little bit left in between them so the power plug ends would thread up through the bottom. In hindsight I would recommend a 1/2" bit as I had to enlarge the holes a little with a file to get the plugs to thread through without having to force them.
