Double Bass Homer Mensch and Gradus ad Parnassum

Hi folks, I am looking for a copy of Homer Mensch's version of this simandl excercise in which he used for developing core sound.

I unfortunately gave my copy back to him back in 1987 ( without copying it!!) when I was finished studying with him.

Any help?

Kurt, What did he use then ? I mean, could you discuss a little about his ideas about developing a good sound ?
