I remember walking through this house when I was I kid and wondering what all the fuss was about. BORING! Let's go ride on the Matterhorn.

The Dymaxion House is pretty neat, too. It's on display at the Henry Ford museum and you can walk through it.

Flying cars have existed for a while now. They are just starting to mass market them. I'd guess in 5-10 years we'd start to see them popping up.
