I think I cooked by amp last night. It is a Peavey T-Max. I have to get it checked out to see if it's serviceable (reasonably). I opened it up and all the fuses appear to be okay. Nothing looks burned. It's 13 or 14 years ould without a single burp until now. Power is getting in as the fan works, but that's it, nothing else. Thermal protection didn't trip, so the reset was useless. I let it cool and didn't touch it again until the end of the set, but it was still dead. No smoke, or anything like that. I just heard this sizzling, crackling sound (sounded like last breaths), then just as suddenly, the bottom dropped out of the stage mix. Thank goodness for my DI. Nobody out front new any different. We just kicked up the FOH sub mix a bit and finished up the show.

Any ideas on why the fan works, but nothing else does? Is it terminal? Input is appreciated. Thanks.
