How can i get a real funky sound with DIGITECH BP200

Hello all,

I am a newbie, been playing for about 6 months now and i juts picked up this multieffects pedal.

i am trying to get a real funky sound of it as i am practicing my slap/pop technique and cannot really find the sound i like.

Is anyone familiar with this? Any tips on how to set it up to sound real funky? any advice is accepeted

please keep in mind I am a newb so please explain in detail (pretend you are talking to a 5 year old

I know this is an older post, but I found it in a search and was curious if you ever found an answer. I use a BP200 and have some really great patches that I have created for it.
