What "effects" are you using on your amp? Are we talking onboard features or something external which you have routed through the FX loop (send / return)?

How do I run my combo to FOH?

You could use the headphone out to the DI to the FOH and catch you bass through a floor wedge I have done it in a pinch with a amp that had no dedicate line out. But I think if you can afford it get yourself a nice instrument microphone and stand so can be properly positioned it. Check the threads for this like "Live sound" I'm sure you will come across many different opinions of where the microphone works best when micing a bass amp good luck

Do you or do you not already have the PA in question?
What is it? Make, model, watts, channels - all that.
The two passive PA speakers you're going to buy - they're powered by this PA? or something else?
If you have no vocals (because, no mikes, yes?) and the multiple guitars (and you) are already loud onstage - what's the PA for, exactly, if it's only being used to make the already amplified instruments loud ?

None of this has any relevance to my question. I have a 90W amp, my guitarists have 300W cabs. I will need a way to be able to balance the outputs without cutting the volume down very far. The best way is through a PA, therefore I need a way to connect my amp (which has no DI output) to my PA system. The question is whether I can get a post amp DI sorted without much modification or what mics would be best under a certain price range. That is all that is needed, everything else is irrelevant.
You're trying to make a 90W bass amp do the work of 600W (against 300W guitar amps!). Simply put, your present rig isn't up to the job. Mic it, replace it with a capable amp, use the headphone jack (if you can control the hot input to the PA) and run bass in the floor monitors (if you can tame the feedback) ... or just rent what you need when you need it. Buying anything (other than a decent mic like a used Shure SM57) to try to make the amp fit the gig is just throwing good money after bad.
