How do I wire up this 3-band Stingray EQ?

Parts drawer held this. I don't think I have any record of what wire is what. I thought this is for a simple 1-pickup stingray with 3-band EQ.

The PCB labeling just giving the color isn't very helpful :)

That's a two pickup MusicMan preamp. You can use it as you like, you just need to figure out the switch wiring. As far as I know the switch wiring is the only difference between two pickup Musicman (StingRay & Sterling) preamps. Search for the wiring diagram of the configuration you want.

How do you distinguish this from the preamp for a single pickup MM with a three way switch that also switches four wires to the board? Or are they the same?

On the other hand, I might be wrong!
It looks like there are different versions of preamps for single pickup MusicMan basses.
Just saw this: Preamp /Electronics and Pickup from MusicMan Sterling | TalkBass.com
The preamp board is almost identical to the one in the 1st post of this thread. But the switch is definitely not for two pickup bass.
So, it looks like this board type is used on the single pickup basses as well.
