How do you change your Screen Name ?

As the title says, I want to change my screen name, but don't want to do a new account. How do I make that happen ?

I was also told I could only change these stupid numbers to my real name, so I passed. My name is nowhere on the interwebs and that's how I like it.

Anyone know why there's one longstanding member who took the reverse route and has gone from presumably his given name to a nonsensical contraction of it?

You can only change your username to your real name, so Ive been told.
