How do you get your 810 around

In the past, I've always found 8-10's easier to move and especially load. Usually in pickups or vans. The added height just makes it so much easier. Lean it over, plop it down and slide it in. Now, I'm squeezing a TC Rig with an RS210/RS212/RH450 in a heavy SHURE bag with cables and pedals/ PT-3 HC/2- basses&cases/music stand and 2- bass stands in the back of a Prius. Clown car!

This is another TB'er's pic - but it can be done with a Honda Fit.

Dodge Caravan. Take out (or fold down in the newer ones) and they hold a ton. 2x15 cab, head, 2 basses in hard case. keyboard amp. keyboard in hard case. 4 pa cabs and powered board, guitar amp and guitar, and the keyboard player in the front seat. And the guitar player sat on a bucket between the seats. Think we fit in a small drum kit too a couple of times.

A vehicle that can transport a cab that size, a dolly/two-wheeler or casters/tilt wheels with a handle help a lot with moving it and of course a strong back and body to lift it...of course help with that helps a lot as well.

Serious?? I've got a Yaris and thinking of an 810e - will it fit?

yup. just put it on the passenger side. the seat will have to go forward a bit but the hatch will close. svt head on the other side of said 810e, bass case in between head and cab with a backpack of cables + pedal board in back or upfront.

if you have a passenger, I hope theyre smaller. (under 5-8)

however I prefer the truck + camper shell. easy $

Every car I owned went home for a test drive with the one requirement that my SVT cab would fit easily.
'76 Merc Capri, '78 Datsun 510, '84 Volvo 240 Wagon, even the Suzuki Sidekick 4X4.
When I was playing full time, the band owned a 16' box body van, so it was either on stage, at rehearsal or in the van most of the time.

Now it stays home for recording and I keep the volumes reasonable to preserve the original CTS AlNiCo drivers.
