How do you wire a switch for phase reverse

I know how it's going to sound (weak) but I must ask.

I have a 4 wire musicman pickup that I may want to have a phase switch for, and I have an on/off/on 3 way switch (the current switch I have is one row of 3 terminals)

I would like to wire it phase/off/reverse phase. How would I do this? One position could be pickup off because I have a neck bridge pickup.

Assume one coil is black and white and the other is red and green.

First you will need a 4PDT or 2 DPDT switch(s) with an "off" (non contact) position.

Scroll to the bottom and you will see the wiring for a Single Coil on a DPDT. With a 4PDT you do the same thing twice on one switch for your dual coil humbucker to keep them in phase reversed or otherwise.
