How does a Warwick Rockbass compare to a Fender Player Precision?

Hi all,

I've had my eye on a Warwick Adam Clayton Rockbass, but I've never played one. I've heard both good and bad about this bass. I know it's mass produced Made in China bass, and many of the reviews say there are some minor quality control issues. But it does have Seymour Duncan Quarterpounder pickups.

I am familiar with the Fender Player Precision bass and Fender Player Series.

Can anyone who has experience with both give me a quick analysis on how they compare, or simply if the Rockbass is a good deal for a Warwick or if it's something I should stay away from.

Thanks.
