This thread made me realize that I don't NEED anymore then 2 basses.
Main gigging bass, and a back up.
I really only play rock music live......I like to jam on oldies and classic rock at home......that's it!
I don't think that requires 6 basses!
For me, it's just GAS. plain and simple.![]()

Let me get this straight, you're not interesting in jamming on blues, country, jazz, reggae, honky tonk, or funk? There must be plenty that I left out...
Same with cars... some people's dream car is a Maserati, or a Shelby, or a Mercedes... mine is a 1963 Dodge Dart Station Wagon.
