Resolved How long does it take for your account to show an upgrade???

I upgraded my account a few days ago....paid with paypal.....money was deducted from amy account two days ago but no notification or change to my account. Normal?? Thanks!!

no, not normal. only delay is when you pay via an echeck. contact the helpdesk using 'contact us' and include your paypal receipt with transaction id and we'll investigate. sorry for any inconvenience!
