After rolling my amp in, plugging in my bass and setting it on the stand, I haul in the singer's PA, backup guitars (& amps), drummer's toms, lights, mic stands and plug in cables. 30 minutes if we're taking our time, or mic'ing the drums.
It used to seem like the bass player had the bad end of the deal, with the big, heavy speaker, but since the invention of the wheel, I'm the first one done.
