I have a Pbass tuned to E standard that gets the lions share of gigs.
Pbass tuned to Eb standard for gigs that require that.
Jazz with flats for the church I play at (cuz the pbass doesn’t really work in that room), and a 5string for gigs that require it. I’m far too utilitarian to just own multiple basses for funsies, so everyone I own has to serve a different purpose.

But sounds like you’ve got plenty of great options!A few are from when I was a wee lad and are sentimental. 3 are just bases I always wanted. 3 I play out. At this point it's kind of a collection that gets a lot of home use and everyone gets to come to band practice get some play time. I also have 12 at this time. But like I said 6 of those are either from my teenage years or gifts. Consequently 5/6 are ibanez

I have an obession with keep gear in perfect ConditionCool man! Sounds like you have a nice stable. I wasn’t implying you shouldn’t, just that it’s less necessary.
