I bought a Squier VM Jazz Bass (new) last year and I just bought a used Godin Freeway 5 (passive).
I'd like to get my hands some day on a Hofner Violin Bass (or more reasonably on a good copy thereof). I am also curious to see how I would do on a fretless.

Just added one (my third) - a shortscale hollowbody from Gretcsh (the Electromatic G5442DBC). After trying every semi-hollow and hollowbody I could get my hands on, this one came on top. I changed the strings right away for D'Addario flatwounds and am very happy.

Broke back into double digits again with a low price gotta have it $59.99 special on a beat up peavey milestone II. Cleaned up well with some goo gone, and f-one oil on the rosewood.
