MY three consist of my Squier Pbass which my wife bought me to encourage me to start playing after a long haitus, so can't get rid of that one. Plus, I kinda dig the sound of it when I'm really diggin in. My Player ABG which I bought when the Squier was being fixed And also to have something to use out in the sailboat. My current favorite is the "Rick". I always wanted one and now I have one. This is the one I play with the band the most. But sometimes I take the Pbass just cause I feel guilty.

A four string, a Ibanez GSR190. Its a started bass but plays better than a lot of higher priced basses. Its my first

A five string, a Hohner B Bass V. Got it at a pawn shop for cheap.

And an acoustic four string, a Dean Playmate EAB. Not the best by far, but not complete crap.

One bass did it for 26 years, then 8 years to buy the next.
So I'll be due again 'round 2010.

My main - a tenor Ibanez 5 string SR905
two six string SR406 basses, one fretted and one fretless
a paul stanley apocalypse bass, which I hate...it;s on it's way out
and my first St. Laurent fretted 4 string, like a precision with no pick guard and a smaller body.

- Aria Pro II Cardinal series (i found it trashed on a local studio's store-room)
- Aria STB Precision (I couldn't afford a Fender Pbass back then)

I've got two - my reliable MIM P-Bass, which I bought used for $150; I used it for songs that don't require as much punch/slapping/a B string. I also use it when I'm trying to imitate an upright bass. Then I've also got my sexy Scheter Stiletto Custom 5. I use that for slap, punchier songs, and any time I feel the need for those extra 10 notes I can get out of it. I go in phases as to which one I play more; as of right now I'm just exiting a P-Bass phase, but these things come and go.

Wow, some people really have some nice basses, I have 5 basses, all 4-stirngers, one of them is fretless. Not much compared to others, but I am happy with them and each bass still gets it's playtime.
