How many different countries are represented on Talk Bass?

China have certain restrictions on internet usage IIRC, not sure if TB would enrage the censors...

oh and i am from Britain. Cornwall, in fact, which isn't a country...yet.

Last year I traveled to Shanghai for Lunar New year (holly heck, what a party!) and had received a stern warning from a mod on a post I had made. I could not respond while in Shanghai. It may have been for some other reason but I don't know. I do know that Chinese friends that set up Facebook accounts while in South Korea now have to use VPN (?) secretly to respond when back in China. The hassle makes it not worth it.

Quite a few. I've seen users here from just about every European country, quite a few South American countries, Singapore, Bahrain, Japan...

one thing that confuses me is that if Talkbass had a proportional representation of users from around the world, we would be interacting with quite a few Chinese, and I don't recall ever seeing anybody posting from China.

I definitely know of one poster from China.
