From Wales, UK, best not leave any meat lying around according to this 1780 English slanderous nursery rhyme ; )

Taffy was a Welshman, Taffy was a thief;
Taffy came to my house and stole a piece of beef;
I went to Taffy's house, Taffy wasn't home;
Taffy came to my house and stole a marrow-bone.

Quite a few. I've seen users here from just about every European country, quite a few South American countries, Singapore, Bahrain, Japan...

one thing that confuses me is that if Talkbass had a proportional representation of users from around the world, we would be interacting with quite a few Chinese, and I don't recall ever seeing anybody posting from China.

I don't think TB will have proportional representation, bass isn't as popular in every country, but the bigger limiting factor is this being an English speaking forum.

Scotland, and there's not nearly enough of us!!!

There's quite a few of us here, I think we need a Scotland GTG!

U.K. member here (Scotland), if the location wasn't a give away :bassist:

Dobry den from the Czech Republic.

An American, here as of just recently. I know that there are at least 2 or 3 more "real" Czechs on TB, like wimpy.

good beer, pretty women, grey weather and too many tourist junk shops mixed in with all the beauty!

Dont forget Poland! :)

AntekStalich is Polish, Lublin has a place over there and I lived there for a while myself.

Dobry den! and Dzien dobry!
been there and I love da Czechy wimmenz
there certainly is a lot of long legged, well dressed young womanhood around here. I can tell there is a lot of it because I have a sore spot on my ribs where my wife keeps poking me with her elbow when I am caught looking too long :p

but, I am an old guy and happily married, so it's just "motivational" window dressing for me. ha!

One of our Mods, Ivar I believe is also from Iceland.
Are you of Polish descent? (I've never seen an Icelandic "Zbigniew" before but knew several in Poland):)

Hi, no I'm just a typical Icelander - originally of Norwegian and Irish descent.

I know of Ivar here, and I've seen a few more Icelanders but not more than a handful.

I just chose the username because I think it's cool, I don't know anyone named "Zbigniew" :)
