Steel-string acoustic guitar: very comfortably; well enough to teach, gig, perform, etc.
Electric guitar: peh, not terribly well.
Bass guitar: very comfortably as well.
Synths/keys: I am very skilled at using filter knobs! ...sorry, melodies and chords? What are you getting at?
Baritone ukulele: it's tuned exactly like a guitar with two less strings; no worries there.
Congas: decent enough for a white Canadian, but I am nowhere near as skilled as many actual Afro-Cuban musicians.
Udu: from what I can tell, the best udu player that I've met...out of all three that I have met, myself included.
Djembe: Sold my djembe recently, I never learned any traditional African patterns. Competently could use it in a drumming session, applying drum kit/conga rhythms to it. I have all the hand techniques down, which is a plus.
Cajon: also sold my cajon a little while back, but miss it. Decent enough at this instrument--though I wouldn't call it the most challenging to master. Lots of fun however.
Darbuka: terrible.
Tar: not bad.
Roland Handsonic (electronic hand percussion instrument): I am a master of this device!
That about does them. I want to get an octave mandolin at some point in the nearby future.
