I have a 1x10 300 watts and a 2x8 200 watts. how many watt head should I get and what kind is good. I want light weight. sometimes ill just use the 2x8 other times both.

Based on two cabs, you may not hear one of them if they don’t work together. To get get the most efficient use of two mismatched cabs minimizing the potential of blowing up the lower rated cab, a stereo amp would be useful.

Depends on the sensitivity of your speakers. The fact you ain't got much of volume from those speakers (1x10 or 2x8 are barely a speaker on it's own hehe) you might want to get some power in your amp to get the most out of that little speaker. If that 1x10 is 8 ohm for example, I would personally go with something in the league of 250-300W@8ohm and just play it carefull with the knobs on the amp. Listen to the speaker when it starts to really struggle and you will be alright.

The old rule of thumb was a 15" and 300W. Watts have become cheaper and lighter and cabs are considerably more efficient. What I would do is find a single cab that I like in the 3-400W range, 8 ohms, and then buy a 500W or so head. Then if you need "more", buy another cab to add to that rig. I'd also recommend saving up and buying what you really want. You'll save in the long run.

Which 112? I'm assuming the 2x8 is the TC BC208? If so, it has surprisingly detailed specs available:
