How to close account?

How do I go about closing down my account?

Not sure why you would want to, but the easiest way is to just stop coming here, Paul will keep your account around in case you come to your senses and decide to come back. If you really want your account gone for good, you would probably need to PM Paul and ask him to remove the account. He's away on some personal time right now so don't expect to hear from him for a bit, but I see no reason not to leave your account as it is and just dont post, It's not taking up any resources if you're not using it, and deleting it may delete all your posts in the process, which is counterproductive to keeping this site up as a source for reference.

I think he was spanked pretty hard in another string and just does not want to discuss things anymore.The string was shut down. Just an observation.

I'm uncomfortable with the actions of a poster.
I wanto to protect my personal information including email.

I think I've found a way by changing it to another email address that does not disclose personal information.

please report any posts that bug you, the mod from that section can at least help you there. Your email address is only ever shown if you reply to a forum email. If you need to talk with TBer off site, use the PM system, it's screen name to screen name.

And yes, contact Paul (the owner) with your concerns. He is away but checking email as he can. He should be back with us pretty soon.
