i painted the pickguard, covered it in stickers, and burnt it in a few places (not pictured)

i honestly just play my ass off with my bass, i play it as much as is humanly possible and now if i saw somebody else playing my bass, it just wouldn't look right.
my bass is my own because no one else knows my bass nearly as well as me.

I can't avoid it... any new piece of gear I get I manage to put a ding in within a week. At that point I can breathe a sigh of relief since it's definitely mine at that point.

I Have bitten 1 bass ... I bit the lower horn. At first it just dented the paint on the Musicman Stingray 5. So I bit again and now there is a 3/16 junk of paint missing ...

I do not try to harm the bass, but I do not try to keep it from arbitrary harm either.

So bite marks are arbitrary harm, not intentional?
