Hello everyone, Im wondering if I could plug my in ears directly to the output of the amp? Or do I need it to go throught a headphone amp using the preamp output?

You need to have a dummy load connected to the speaker output if you're running it without a speaker. If you have that, then you could take the preamp output to a headphone amp.
