How to take care the moody leather strap???

I want to know how could you take care and clean up the leather strap like moody or other.

I think I will use 3M leather & vinyl restorer...is it work???

Saddle soap cleans leather really well but tends to dry out thinish leather items. I use it on belts and boots, but I come back with a tiny bit of neetsfoot oil to prevent cracking. Some folks use Mink oil and they say it works well, but it tends to sit on top of leather where neetsfoot oil penetrates.
