HPF Tips?

I do like boosting the bass before a HPF. Gives you that nice fat low end without all the mud underneath it.

The Broughton Resonant Filter EQ allows you to do just this and it's awesome. Hope he makes more.

Boosting lows slightly along with using an HPF can really get you a tight but full bass tone. Heavy without being boomy or muddy.

The funny thing is, I was only interested in this to fix the issues with my Fender Rumble 200c. But now I am wondering if it can make my V4 sound any better. If it does, my ears may just bleed out.

Looks like someone should build a 4 band para eq with a hpf built in a pedal. Bet they'd sell a ton. Hell make it a 5 band parametric.
