Last year they cancelled the HS basketball tournament with 4 teams left. My two older girls were to cheer at that game. That was a dominant team, that likely would have won

My 3rd kid is a senior this year and a cheer captain. They had the opportunity to go to the State finals for the school, and it turned out well

That’s awesome! Not only to simply be able to compete, but to take home the whole enchilada!

The single biggest thing I missed in 2020, and I mean BY FAR, is being able to see our kid perform with the marching band. We typically fly out to MN to see 3 games per season. This year, we are buying season tickets and flying out for every game. I’ll figure out how to pay for it later. This will be her senior year and the end of a long chapter in her life. It’ll be worth every penny.

Good on ya for doing that! I feel awful for my oldest daughter for missing out, but at least the 2021 team made good
