hum/buzz coming from cab

Hey, i've got this odd hum/buzz thing going on with my amp. When the amp is turned on without my instrument cable plugged in, there is a fairly solid (not like it appears something is broken, but rather more annoying) buzz/hum coming out of the cab. Even with the gain to 0, there is still buzz. and Oddly, with the master volume set to about 2, there is no buzz, but at 0 and above 2 there is. When actually plugged in, the sound is quiter, yet still slightly audible. What the hells going on?

Also, i just added in a KORG DTR-1000 tuner, could that be doing it? I noticed when I use the mute feature on the tuner, the buzz gets much louder. Tried screwing with the ground/lift on my amp and it didnt do anything. heres my setup:

Eden WT 800B, Korg DTR 1000 in the "pre" preamp effects loop, both plugged into a Furman M8 power conditioner.

any ideas?

Did the buzz problem start when you added this tuner, and have you
tried your amp without it.

Try inserting your tuner between your bass and the amps normal input.

i'm not familiar with Eden, but if it has a tuner out try using that instead..

yea this was a new thing, but the point was to be able to mute with the tuner, so using the tuner out wouldnt really do the trick.

I'll haveto check without the tuner through the loop and before the amp to see what the deal is.
