It's spam from China. When I see this I just hit the user name and then hit ignore, then refresh the browser and it is gone. The mods get around to cleaning it up eventually but that way I don't have to wade through it until they do.

And if you hit the 'Report' button, it gives the forum admins a heads-up that action is required. Just once, to alert them to the issue, is all that's required...
