Awesome. I had always wanted one of those. The only one I ever saw in person (other than at Rush shows) was in a local Music Go Round about 15+ years ago hanging on the wall marked 'Not For Sale'. Glad to see they do actually exist.

That must have been the white one in Charlotte, I tried to buy that one about that time as well haha.

Very nice! I've only seen one in person and that was at the long gone Pickers Paradise around 1982. I think they were asking $800 for it which was a lot back then! I never knew that they were bolt on until I saw one.

There was one fellow in Virginia(?), Dave Pascoe, who had several 4080s, and most of them grace the 4080 chapter in the book. I'm pretty sure Dave had one refurbished with non-standard features like checker binding and full-width crushed pearl inlays, and that's the one that is now owned by Geddy and used on the last tour. It's also featured in the book.

Shockingly it's only 14-15 lbs. With a wide strap it's not bad at all. I'll be adding another pound to it today when I install the direct replacement Hipshot bridge...
