I've always wanted one of his sig models, I played one of the blue sparkly ones back in the day and kick myself for not buying it.

First impressions:
1. Yes, it is heavy (No, I did not weigh it.) (Yes, I bought a nice Right On strap for it. Strap is not here yet)
2. It came with round wound strings on it.
3. It came with strap locks.
4. It looks much better in person than in pictures.
5. It is still annoying to remove the plastic protective covering from the pick guard.
6. I'm going to plug her in and play her now.
No dead spots on the fretboard. The bass was well setup. Just tuned up 1/2 step. It sounds really nice with the round wounds. Very resonant, not lifeless at all. I'm really liking it so far.

I've often wondered how S.H. gets such monster sound out of those Monel Flats. I'd think that alloy would be counter-productive, but never actually tried them.
I have to slow down just a bit. lol I'm running out of guitar rack space!
The bass came with round wound strings on it. I'll have to get a set of flat wounds down the road.
I do have plenty of wall space for bass hangers!Get a rack made for basses.
