Are those your only two choices? If it were me I'd choose the ESP because of the two pickups - more tonal options.

What's your budget and where are you buying from? Are you here in the States or in Turkey? There might be better choices out there for what you're wanting to spend.

ummm..dude, he is in Turkey, They get ripped in taxes so buying from the US is not feasable.

I recommend the ESP/LTD. They make great stuff for the money. I have an ESP and have had a few. Go for it! (Go for a 5 string)

Merhaba from a fellow Turk, though a Turk in the States. I own an ESP, and it's a fine bass. Mine balances well, sounds fine, stays in tune forever, is easy to play, and is a great beginners bass.

Have you had a chance to play any of these basses? I'd say go for feel at first. If it doesn't feel right to you for some reason, you could look into something else. Also, I see that the site has a bunch of sxes...people around here speak very highly of that brand, but it might not have the look you're going for.

It's so much fun for me to look at a Turkish bass site! Lots of choices there, and now I'm completely nostalgic.
