Looks like a real bass. The cheapest one they could find. And with all the internal bracing and soundpost removed.
The guy who smashed it is enormous.

It doesn't help that Alexa Bliss is only 5' tall, and Renee isn't much taller. Then again, Braun is billed at almost 7', and he is big. That's his gimmick right now. I'll agree, the bass was probably rigged, but it makes sense ,story wise, that Strowman would use a DB on Elias, since Elias used a guitar on him the week prior. It was still funny AF to see Braun try to play. Hey, and least he didn't try to use a pick on it.
