I HATE captchas!

They suck.
I mean, I know they're useful but geez... half of the time I have no friggen clue what to type.
Is that an upper case "T", no...it may be lowercase, sideways "t", yeah must be....wait wait, no, it's an x...I think...well, wait, that x is directly overlapping a p! Argh! Or..is it a an upside down b...?

VERY annoying. And you can never tell the difference between an "l" and an "I"...plus some of them warp the letters and you can't even READ it. Then after repeated attempts, you get locked out and have to wait an hour before trying again.

I don't mind captchas, but I do mind when I have to fill one out every couple minutes because some site has limits to how often you can post. How about I fill one out and I'm good for a couple hours? 5 posts and then a captcha is bs.

I hate captchas, too, and I administer a forum that uses them for registration. But I hate the spambots even more.

I dislike trying to read them too, but I just installed reCaptcha on my blog anyway. I was getting a ridiculous amount of spam postings, so I had to do something to stop it. If somebody knows a better system than Captchas, for blocking spam on Wordpress, let me know.

A lot of the times, when there are two words to type, I lie about the first one to the captcha machine.
