This will finally fix the clock in my car which has been an hour ahead for many many months.
It's a fair trade off for me losing an hour of sleep.

Why is that bad? The extra daylight is much more useful in the evening than the morning. I'd prefer to stay on DST all year round.
...who ever came up with this idea obviously didn't have young kids to retrain every 6 months.
I loved getting up with the sun today!
What time do you wake up? Im up at 6:30am. Friday, I woke up to the sun already shining. Today, it was still dark, and after shutting my alarm off I would have kept sleeping if my lady wasnt there to wake me up. It won't be long before the sun is back out at 6:30am though, and Im looking forward to it being out until 8pm.
Originally it was supposed to give farmers an extra hour of daylight to harvest if I recall correctly. But even that doesn't make much sense, couldn't they just get up earlier?
I would prefer to have the extra 1hr in the evening duw to the fact that I leave and it's dark and come home and there's less than an hr to get things done. Plus it gives me more energy in the evenings and not so tired so early. Just my 1-1/2 cents
I've been looking forward to the time change because it allows me to do a lot more things after work, but my body is not such a fan of the shift in sleep schedule.
