Is it possible to feed both outputs into a single cabinet?I have an SVTII Pro and I'm also using the slave out into the power amp section of an SVT CL.
In the case of the Ampeg 810E you can run the upper and lower 4x10's separately within the same cabinet...Is it possible to feed both outputs into a single cabinet?
@JB1962,
Edit: Do you like your setup because the low notes are clearer/tighter?
Those two cabinet halves are connected to a certain extent via acoustic coupling, and it is possible that you approximate to some degree a 12x6550 output section. Just a thought.
12x6550 output section. I like it!. I havent really thought much about it, but now that you mention it -maybe controlling the 810 with 2 separate amps also has an effect on the damping factor / control of the speaker cones. I'm just thinking out loud, but I know one thing for sure - it works!
