Man, am I glad I'm self employed. And thankfully, I'm a laid back boss. Which probably stems from the fact I have good people I can just sit back and become part of the crew instead of shouting orders from above. And everybody on that crew has a marching order to tell me if they feel they've been wronged, but after the fact. Because if I tell you to get the f out of the way, there's a reason, and I think that's totally acceptable and fair.
