I shave the instant I get out of the shower and it's great. It's almost as good as a cold bowl of Frosted Flakes.

I HATE shaving too. I look better w/out a beard. My hair is more coarse and curly, so I get ingrown hairs easily. :scowl:
I use an electric razor and then clean things up with a regular razor. If I shave too close with a regular razor, my neck ends up being a mess (ingrown hairs) for a couple days.
Anyone else experience this?
Joe
kydnav, I just noticed that you turn 18 in less than two weeks. At that time, I will have no hang-ups with your talking about your pubes.![]()
P.S. To the OP, I use Edge.

You got him

My grandfather taught me how to use a straight razor.
haven't gone back since
tho I rarely actually shave
I used to have a similar problem (except it was the area between my lower lip and chin).
I started shaving in the shower with a good razor (not cheap disposables or supermarket brands), and washing my face with soap afterwards. The problem went away. Use a blade with a lubricated strip and don't be too cheap to change your blade regularly... it helps immensely.
there's got to be some information online about how to.
start slow is the best advice I can give
I hate shaving and love having a beard.
go get yourself a barber shop shave.I've never tried the straight razor (never even seen one at Walgreens). I get an image of Kevin Costner or maybe Clint Eastwood shaving like this. It looks cool - no debate there, but nobody really sees me shave.
If it does a better job than a Mach III then I'm surprised.
