I must be equal opportunity. I like them all as long as they 1) Sound good. 2)Play well. 3)Are within my budget. I could care less what others think. I have Am Std Fenders, a Gibson and 3 Carvins. The only reason I have all made in the USA stuff is I'm an old retired guy that has worked all his life and now appreciates and can occasionally afford good stuff. There is nothing wrong with Squier, MIM, MIK or even MII.

Before I continue, I must say that I LOVE Fender and they are my guitar of choice.

BUT:

I hate those people who think Fender is the best and everyone else's guitars suck.
