I have a Sansamp RBI ... do I really need a GED 2112?

I am not sure if I want to sell my rbi and get a ged 2112 or stick with what I have. What's the reasons to and not to do it?

I mean they look pretty different. Have you felt that you needed a mid shift or the saturation/deep circuit?

IMO, the best reason to go from the RBI to the Ged would be to run a two channel bi-amp system (like Geddy). If you're going to combine the two channels back into one source, IMO the change isn't worth it. The Ged 2112 does have a little more flexibility, but do you need it?

When the Ged 2112 came out, I listened to a couple demos. It's good and all but wasn't blown away. Not enough to dump my trusty Bass Driver. Still have the smaller Darkglass amp on my list, though.
