I love meat.

I don't like soy, it is actually harder for me to digest than meat. I will eat some tofu sometimes but I stay clear of things like soy dogs and soy burgers. I would rather just eat vegetables and legumes.

Have you ever tried Quorn? No soy in any of their products. I use them more than any others. Just waiting for the new breakfast patties and links to be available here. The meatless balls are far and away better than any others I've tried. The mince is better than either Morning Star or Boca.

I have had Morning Star and Boca, Meh. Don't know if Quorn is available where I live. I eat a lot more fruits and veggies than I do meat I just don't like these kind of products. I would rather have an avocado sandwich, a quinoa salad, a bowl of beans or lentils or a glass of fresh squeezed veggie juice. I'm staring down and apple right now.
And stop making fun of Gorn. ;)

Quorn should be avail in SanFran. It's a national product from England.

I also like legumes, rice, pasta but being diabetic I have to watch exactly how much I eat at any one time. Insulin pumps don't work if lied to or ignored.

Eat fruit and veges every day. Haven't eaten meat for almost 12 years. And for two or three years before I ate little of it.

Last August I turned my the way I eat upside down. Now I eat about 80% fruits, veggies and grains. And maybe 20% meat and seafood. I also cut out sugar completely and most processed food. (Like veggie patties)
I lost 20 lbs without trying and my blood pressure returned to normal.
Someone once told me that if it comes in a can, a bag, a jar or a box it has MSG in it. These days I am looking at the vitamin A palmitate that they put in my almond milk. There are conflicting findings on it. I'm not sure what is true. Do I have to start making my own almond milk? :atoz:

Seriously. I made myself a cheeseburger tonight for dinner. As I was eating it, my roomate (who's a bit of a... eh, doofus) says out of the blue, "Brendan, I hope that one day you find happiness."
I says "I've got happiness right here."

And man, ain't that the truth? Really, does any thing beat a good hunk of meat? Steak, babyback ribs, porchops, hamburger, the mighty bacon, chicken, turkey...

I ususally, if ever make superfluous threads, so indulge me here, folks.

Meat rocks. I have no idea how vegitarians do it. I could never give up meat. Dead flesh roasted to perfection is, well, perfect!

MEAT!
So basically, he esteems himself higher than you because he's found happiness without meat and you can find happiness with meat. That's what it is.

This just in: meat causes cancer.
