I made a pedal board this afternoon... (pics)

Ah I see. Well that sucks. What a great pedal to have had it die that way. You still have a grand little board there!

My LS-2 acted up with similar problems, had to stomp on it several times to get it to engage. This was solved simply by a few squirts of contact cleaner into the bypass switch. Could be as simple as that and worth a try if you haven't already.
