I suppose you could try something geographical. Where are you from? Asia, Kansas and Boston are taken, but, hey, it's a big planet out there.....

Yeah, I remember much confusion in the 70s, when all these had a joint tour together. And one of the shows where rescheduled. "The Boston & Kansas concert in Chicago has been changed to the Kansas & Chicago concert in Boston" was announced on one radio station. And off we went...caused a lot of confusion....
